Well look no further! Below is the perfect holiday salad- not only will you be providing a delicious appetizer, you'll also be spreading the gift of wellness.
Now, gather your ingredients and follow the easy steps below!
GINGER DRESSING INGREDIENTS:
½ cup olive oil
2-3 tablespoons Ginger PureBoost
1 tablespoon vinegar (white, red wine, or apple cider vinegar)
1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
SALAD INGREDIENTS:
Mixed greens
Sliced pears
Walnuts
Pomegranate seeds
Feta cheese (regular or dairy-free optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Add all salad dressing ingredients to a jar.
- Seal the jar with a lid and shake, shake, shake, until all of the ingredients are well combined. Or you can grab a spoon and stir the ingredients together!
- Arrange the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Dressing can be tossed in or served on the side. Enjoy!
