Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

'Tis the Season for Pumpkin Spice Lattes! We love everything pumpkin, but what we love more is adding an immunity twist to our favorite recipes. 


Are you ready to give your PSL that immunity boost you need? Below are all the ingredients you'll need and the four easy steps to make this delicious drink right from home. 



- 3/4 cup milk of choice, steamed

- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree

- 1 or 2 tablespoons maple syrup

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 1/2 shot of Vive IBO (1 oz)

- 1 shot espresso



  1. In a glass jar or mug, add the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and Vive IBO. Whisk together until well combined.
  2. Add in the steamed milk and give it another quick whisk.
  3. Pour into your favorite mug, add an espresso shot and stir it together.
  4. For extra deliciousness, top with cream and a pinch of cinnamon. Enjoy!
