INGREDIENTS
- 1 VIVE ORGANIC PURE BOOST GINGER SHOT
- 1/3 CUP LOW SODIUM SOY SAUCE
- 1/3 CUP VEGETABLE BROTH
- 2-3 TABLESPOONS HONEY OR MAPLE SYRUP
- 1 TEASPOON SESAME OIL
- 1 TEASPOON RICE VINEGAR
- 1 CLOVE GARLICE, MINCED
Directions
- Prepare your Ginger Stir Fry Sauce by simply adding all the ingredients to a small mixing bowl and giving it a quick whisk until the sauce is well combined. Set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add about a tablespoon of olive oil. Add whatever leftover/extra veggies you have on hand (almost everything tastes good in a stir-fry!).
- Continue to cook, stirring often, until the veggies are fork-tender. About 10 minutes. Add a few spoonfuls of the sauce to the veggies while they are cooking to add flavor.
- Once the veggies are done cooking, serve them over a bed of rice or noodles and add more sauce as needed. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to garnish.
